After discussing dietary restrictions, cuisine type, meal structure and vibes, the chef will arrive at your residence to prepare a coursed meal for you and up to five other guests. You provide the kitchen, Spenny provides the experience. Engage as much or as little as you like!,While the chef specializes in elevated Puerto Rican cuisine using the freshest ingredients the island has to offer, he is trained in classical French techniques and is experienced in New American fusions that include Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Asian and South American cuisine.
